Our Management Team

Bob Hodge - Partner and CTO

Bob brings over 20 years of Information Technology experience, including senior positions with the U.S. Department of Defense and Compaq Computer Corporation. Wanting to bring this large corporate experience to the Small and Medium Business segment, Bob founded Devicelogix, Inc. in 2002.


Tim Polito -  Partner and President

Tim brings more than 30 years of consulting, financial management and professional services experience to Tech3. Tim's experience includes assisting customers in developing business solutions through planning, information technology and process design.

Prior to Tech3, Tim co-founded PSP Solutions, LLC, has worked at Serena Software in several management positions, IBM Global Services managing ERP consulting organizations and PriceWaterhouseCoopers managing IT and organizational change for the utility/energy industry.



Steve Willis - Partner and COO

Steve brings more than 15 years of business operations, staff management and professional services expertise to Tech3. Steve’s experience includes all facets of business ownership including management of staff, project development and oversight, financial management and client relations.

Prior to PSP, Steve has worked at Willis & Willis Ltd. in several executive positions and sat on the Board of Directors. In addition to his service to Willis & Willis Ltd., Steve also enhanced his entrepreneurial skills and played an integral role in the development and subsequent management of several new businesses. New businesses that Steve launched include Hard Hat Industries, DAS Investments, and Big G Enterprises.


Chris Polito - Partner and VP Sales Midwest

Chris brings more than 15 years of business development, staff management and technology services expertise to Tech3. Chris’s experience includes all facets of business development from direct sales to building lasting client relationships.

Prior to Tech3, Chris co-founded PSP Solutions, LLC, founded The Support Company and was a partner at Willis & Willis, Ltd. Chris holds a BS in Management Information Systems.

Mark McComb - Senior Partner and VP Sales and Marketing

Mark brings over twenty-five years of experience in creating and building highly profitable business entities and new organizations.  Marketstone group is the third organization Mark has successfully started with expertise to include conceptualizing ideas, leading highly successful new business development initiatives, managing mergers and acquisitions, building operations and financial turnarounds. 

Mark's record of success includes obtaining and maintaining revenue streams in new markets, while utilizing marketing abilities and creativity to secure new business.  His leadership has been established in corporate and entrepreneurial environments by demonstrating integrity and strong business ethics.

Mark spent the last 16 years focusing on the development and design of the network infrastructure with a focus on structured cabling systems, data centers, software solutions, process control networks, security, telecom and project management.  He developed the IT Infrastructure Life Cycle Management solution with a goal to assist organizations lower their overall cost of ownership and minimize risk.
